A content strategy has a very similar purpose to a business plan. When you’re overwhelmed, and you don’t know what you should write in your first newsletter, go back to your content strategy. When you had just done all the research and had a really clear idea of your brand, what did you think you should write in emails then?

The different sections you had to fill out and research will hold all the answers, and then some. All the research, the customer personas, and guidelines will come to life and answer the very specific problems you’re facing.

It’s important to think about things like this now, because the number of marketing channels is only increasing with time. You’re only going to have more questions about how you present yourself to your customers, never less.

Yes and no. I’ll do the research, provide a winning template, and make a brand proposal to you. But in the end, you know best what your brand should be, so we’ll collaborate and work together until you’re 100% happy with your content strategy.

Is this a lenghty process?

From start to finish, producing a full content strategy usually takes 1 month.

What if I already have a content strategy, but I don’t like it/it doesn’t work?

No problem! In fact, a lot of my clients do. It’s often a great starting point, either by cleaning it up…or using it as what we don’t want.

How many video chat meetings are required?

Technically, only two: One to get the information, and one to present. But realistically, I end up meeting 4-5 times with most of my clients during the process.
